How long does it take?
A food supplement covers nutrient intake, it does not produce a visible result on a fixed date. Take your sachet every morning without interruption and allow several weeks before judging.
Is 3 g of creatine enough?
Three grams is the daily reference dose set by European regulation. Your formula is dosed at that level, not below.
