Returns and refund policy

Fair Formula guarantee. Your satisfaction comes first:
• Change of goals: at every renewal of your Routine, you can change your goals by simply writing to info@nutrione.ch, with no change fee. The price follows the number of goals chosen.
• Refund of your first order: if your very first NutriOne order does not suit you, we refund it, once per customer, on simple request to info@nutrione.ch within 30 days of receipt.
• No commitment: you can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account.

Defective, damaged or incorrect order. Check your order as soon as you receive it and write to us right away at info@nutrione.ch if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will replace or refund it.

Returning an unopened item. If you change your mind, you can return an unopened, unused item in its original sealed packaging within 30 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. Write to us first at info@nutrione.ch: returns sent without prior agreement are not accepted. Return address: Poste CH SA, Services logistiques, NutriOne Returns, Güterstrasse 59, 4135 Pratteln, Switzerland.

Personalised formulas and non-returnable items. Each formula is prepared to order, with the goals you chose and your name on every sachet. Once opened or used, it cannot be returned and is not subject to the right of withdrawal (EU: Art. 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, personalised goods and goods sealed for hygiene reasons; Switzerland: no statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling). The Fair Formula guarantee above still applies. Gift cards are not refundable.

Refunds. Once your request is accepted, the refund is made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time. If 15 business days have passed after acceptance, write to us at info@nutrione.ch.
