How long does it take?
A food supplement covers nutrient intake, it does not produce a visible result on a fixed date. Take your sachet every morning without interruption and allow several weeks before judging.
Why two plants for hormonal balance?
Maca and Korean ginseng are each dosed at 500 mg. Your formula contains both. It is the only goal in the range that provides two targeted actives rather than one.
I am on medication, is this compatible?
