Yes. You choose up to 4 health goals out of 8. Your formula is built around that combination, with dosages adjusted accordingly. Two people with different goals receive different formulas.

Who develops the formulas?

Each formula is developed and validated by our scientific committee. Dosages are based on scientific literature, not trends.

How long until I see results?

Supplementation is an ongoing process. We recommend a minimum of 3 months to integrate it into your routine and assess your comfort.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. At every renewal, you can adjust your goals and your formula evolves with you.
